Best fit
LEAP is the sensible choice for a firm that wants an established, accounting-complete practice management system with mature precedent automation, and is happy for the legal work to live in a dedicated application. Donna365 is the stronger fit where the firm wants practice-management control, governed AI, research and case intelligence, and live operational visibility inside Microsoft 365, with the matter as the centre of gravity rather than the billing record. Some firms will run both through a transition; the question worth answering early is which system you want to own the operating picture in two years.
